Local knowledge

Towering cliffs combine with white sandy beaches and crystal clear water for an unforgettable visual experience.

Everything feels intimately close. Short trips between each incredible bay means more time to relax and indulge.

In a single day, swim in sheltered lagoons, snorkel over coral reefs, and get up close to eye-opening limestone cliffs.

Since 2004, Phi Phi has rebuilt with greater emphasis on sustainable tourism and protecting the islands for future generations.
Always a spectacular location yet it didn't appear on the radar for most tourists until the release of Hollywood movie, The Beach. An Instagram worthy view with white sandy beach and sparkling blue waters surrounded by soaring cliffs. Maya Bay is now carefully managed to protect from overtourism.
The incredible Pileh Lagoon is a stunning inlet found in close proximity to Maya Bay. The Lagoon stretches approximately 600 metres and its clear waters make it an ideal snorkeling spot. With a narrow entrance point and tall limestone cliffs, it feels like a hidden gem.
A less common destination for most tours, Bamboo Island is a highlight for those fortunate enough to have it in their itinerary. Measuring just 0.27 km², the island is easily accessible yet feels hidden away. The surrounding waters make it an unmissable stop.
One of the most notable sites in the Phi Phi Islands. A striking cave situated at the base of limestone cliffs, known for traditional bird's nest harvesting and rock markings. While not open to the public, tour boats slow to the entrance for photos.

With an average group size of around 14-16 guests, and capped at approximately 18 adults, there is room to move, stretch out, and enjoy the view in comfort.

Staff have been carefully selected and offer a wealth of experience. All crew members are English-speaking and ensure safety is the highest priority.

By departing at the crack of dawn, Simba tours reach the highest density attractions such as Maya Bay and Pileh Lagoon in the absence of most boats.

Hotel transfers, light breakfast, snacks and soft drinks, snorkel gear, national park fees, accident insurance – all included with no surprises on the day.

EXCELLENT Based on 3639 reviews Posted on LorieriVerified Dia perfeito em Phi Phi Island Nosso passeio foi inesquecível! Obrigada!Posted on Will DVerified Take this tour ! The best - amazing islands and a great crew. Take this tour ! The best - amazing islands and a great crew. This tour is just fantastic - leaving at sunrise means that you beat the crowds, getting to all the best spots before anyone else so you get the place to yourself. The boat is powerful so you get there quickly and it can only carry about 20 people (15 on our tour) so you avoid the awful crowded boats too. The crew are amazing - Noi is the guide who makes sure everything is just perfect. Plenty of information on the islands all delivered with humour. He checks in with everyone to make sure they are happy and healthy whilst the crew bring around loads of drinks and delicious food. We went to all of the best swimming and snorkel spots with crew helping us to find a huge variety of fish and reef sharks. The variety and number of fish is quite stunning. The food is outstanding and the tour finishes with a great lunch back at the harbour, after an hour on a private island. All transfers to and from our hotel were included and happened seamlessly. I would struggle to think of ways to improve the experience - everything was superb. The tour may be more expensive than some but it is worth every penny - would you rather save a few pennies on a once in a lifetime experience, only to be crammed in with 50 others, arriving at peak time at each spot and being charged for drinks, food, flippers, National park access fees, etc ? This tour includes the lot.Posted on Alison LVerified Highly recommend Noi and colleagues could not do enough from start to finish, very knowledgeable, fun and helpful. Early morning start well worth it as best the crowds! Boat was very clean and equipment good quality. Max 15 on board so plenty of room. Great value for money, toast, cereal and drinks at the harbour. Fruit, rice and banana cake for breakfast on the beach. Fruit after swimming, vegetable spring rolls and chocolate bar after snorkelling. More fruit after final stop, plenty of water/soft drinks throughout and great hot buffet lunch back at marina afterwards.Posted on Georgina HVerified Sunrise tour We absolutely loved our sunrise tour on my friends birthday! The group was a lovely size and it felt really personal. Noi was an incredible tour guide, and his colleagues were all great too. The food on board the boat was delicious and so was the breakfast and lunch provided. Would definitely do again when we come backPosted on Catherine FVerified Service was great locations on the day not. Although it rained most of the day, the Simba team made sure we were happy. I travelled with Simba a few years ago for Phi phi Island tour and I can say they were vastly different. This time around there was limited snorkelling time and where we went to snorkel it was packed with other groups, meaning not much room to snorkel and risked getting hit in the head by others flippers.Posted on Thomas UVerified Great! What a remarkable tour! Despite the heavy rain and rough sea, we had a great time, saw beautiful spots and really beat the other groups on many spots to be the first ones there and enjoy it purely for us. And don’t miss out on the banana bread for breakfast! It’s next level delicious!Posted on Nathan BVerified Amazing Best small boat tour I’ve ever done. The crew were amazing, helped me with snorkelling to see some great clown fish. Abundance of food that was all delicious!Posted on RayjyotishkaVerified Amazing Amazing experience from the beginning to the end. The boat, the guides, the food and the experience they provide is beyond anything i have experienced. Highly recommended. Choose Simba without a second thought.Posted on Marcia BVerified Phuket Highlight Absolute highlight of our trip to Phuket, such a great day that starts nice and early to beat the crowds and heat. We were lucky and it was a beautiful calm day. Phi Phi was just stunning. Cannon recommend this tour enough.Posted on Anil PVerified Worth it! Well worth the cost. Small group, good crew and guide and the early start avoids a lot of the crowds.
