SNORKELING IN THE CORAL REEFS
Our coral delight program includes snorkeling in the region’s prettiest coral reefs. We offer this as part of our private boat tours too. Coral Island and Mai Thon Island are two of the best spots for snorkeling.
We get to these reefs before the other tour boats, so you can enjoy the beautiful fish and corals without the crowds. You might even see dolphins, which often visit these waters.

What should I bring with me on a boat tour?
When preparing for a boat tour with Simba Sea Trips, consider bringing the following essentials to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience:
Sun Protection: Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are crucial as you’ll likely be exposed to the sun for extended periods.
Clothing: dress for a day at the beach…Lightweight, breathable clothing is recommended. That’s a good idea to bring a change of dry clothes to change into after swimming stops
Footwear: Wear comfortable beach shoes such as sandals or flip-flops. Reef shoes can also be a good choice however, Simba does not condone in any way our snorkelers standing on, kicking or damaging Coral wearing reef shoes in any way.
Camera or Smartphone: To capture the beautiful scenery and any wildlife you might encounter.
Waterproof Bag: To protect your electronics and valuables from water. Simba does provide one bag per couple for your devices
Water Bottle: As a green initiative Simba has removed all single use Plastics from our tours. We do provide drinking water from large reusable bottles and provide paper cuts. We do recommend customers bringing their own reusable drinking bottles if they are travelling with them
Towel: Hotel towels are essential for drying off after a swim. Simba provides a limited amount of towels on each boat
Motion Sickness Medication: If you’re prone to seasickness, it’s a good idea to take medication beforehand or bring it along.
Binoculars: For a closer look at distant wildlife or features on the shore.
Identification and Tour Documents: Ensure you have a copy of any necessary ID and your tour booking confirmation. There is no need to bring the actual passport but we do need to view a copy of it such as an image on your phone to verify your identity and for insurance coverage purposes.
- Cash: cash will be needed if you would like to tip our crew at the end of the tour. And some tours are also an opportunity to purchase alcohol or souvenirs from some Market vendors
