Job Description

The Marine Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our marine operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and the highest level of service. You will oversee our crew and the daily operations of our vessels, ensuring compliance with marine regulations and enhancing operational protocols. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of marine operations and crew management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring all marine activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and standards that meet regulatory requirements and enhance safety and service quality.
  • Lead, train, and manage our marine crew, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of vessels to ensure they are in optimal condition.
  • Manage budgeting and operational costs, including negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
  • Act as a liaison with maritime authorities and ensure compliance with all local and international maritime laws.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in marine operations management, preferably in the tour or leisure industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing marine crews.
