Every join-in tour price includes a shared hotel transfer from anywhere in Phuket — Patong, Karon, Kata, Rawai, Mai Khao and everywhere between. Your pickup time is confirmed by email the evening before departure, and the transfer brings you straight to the marina check-in desk at Soho Pool Club. You sleep, we drive. Prefer door-to-door just for your group? A private transfer is available as an optional paid extra.

Parking at the marina
Boat Lagoon Marina has visitor parking close to the Soho Pool Club entrance — arrive, find a spot, and you're at the check-in desk in a two-minute walk.
Riding a motorbike? Motorbikes park in a separate area about a seven-minute walk from Soho Pool Club — allow a few extra minutes before check-in.
Coming by taxi or Grab? Ask for “Soho Pool Club, Boat Lagoon Marina” — most drivers know it.
When to arrive
Plan to be at Soho Pool Club a minimum of 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Check-in, life-jacket fitting and the crew's safety briefing all happen dockside before boarding.
On a hotel-transfer tour? Your transfer gets you here with time to spare — grab a coffee at the pool club while you wait.
Our base is a pool club, not a pier
Check-in happens at Soho Pool Club — a restaurant, bar and pool at the marina. Arrive early, swim, eat, and stay after you dock.

- The pool is freeSimba Sea Trips guests swim free at Soho Pool Club before or after their tour. The 300 THB pass is for SOHO Wellness — the sauna and ice bath — not the pool.
